My stay at Occidental At Xcaret Destination was a mixed bag. While the hotel itself is beautiful and close to several attractions, the check-in process was frustratingly slow. I enjoyed the wildlife around the resort, especially the vibrant macaws, but my experience was marred by a few issues with the food and the slippery floors. 🌴🐦
